Important Safety Precautions
New Sudbury Centre has the following measures in place to create a positive experience for our shoppers, employees and tenants:
- Reduced shopping hours
- Monitoring of safe physical distancing
- Implementation of physical distancing markers as required
- Increased hand sanitizing stations, to include entrances and high frequency areas
- Food court seating is limited
- Restrooms will be modified to provide appropriate distancing
- Increased cleaning schedule
- Face masks to be worn by shoppers, New Sudbury Centre staff, janitorial and security personnel
- Signage reminding employees and shoppers of safe shopping guidelines
- Large event activations will be suspended until further notice
Guest Services is Open
Guest Services is now open and providing limited services for the safety of our shoppers, employees and tenants. Gift Cards are now available.
Please note, the following services will not be available at this time: Stroller Lending, Wheelchair and Walker Lending, Lost and Found
Washroom Guidelines
To ensure the highest level of safety for our guests, we are limiting the number of washroom stalls and sinks available at this time. We ask you to please:
- Follow the hand washing techniques that are posted
- Limit to 3 people in the washroom at one time
- Practice safe physical distancing
